Greetings everyone from Finland. Looks like I found the gold mine after a long search. Just finished my first 4 weeks and wanted to find more info. Overwhelming is an understatement after a few hours on this site. I myself am not that much into competing. As a coach I've gotten 2 consecutive national champs for 1 crippled masters lifter and a bronze medal for another. I want to give Sheiko a good run and then see if I put some of my guys on it. So expect a lot of questions from here.

Hello- welcome to the forum. It is great to have someone from Finland. I have a number of friends from Finland- Kenta And Marcela Sandvik, Tero Seppanen and many others I have met at competitions. A great powerlifting nation. Fire away with the questions- we love talking powerlifting.

Thank you. That's a strong bunch of friends there. I guess Tero won the nationals and set a new master's national record yesterday at raw benching. Weren't you doing rts with Mike T a while back? I recognize the name from his board.

Hello, I'm a lifter chasing the Supertotal from Germany. I stumbled upon this forum because I know aljada/Alex from another "fitness" site and wanted to stay in touch with him.

Hi, Steve from Melbourne here. Relative newb although at 40 years I really got interested in lifting far too late! Current best lifts are gym only and 150/110/200. Pretty crappy but it means there is only room for improvement! Looking into a few programs at the moment as I want to pick a program and stick to it for next year.
