So i bought a set of 6 pairs... Mainly just because i wanted a pair of the small ones for some reverse band bench.
Any got any good tips/exercises/stretches that might be worth doing?

I've got 2 sets of bands and use them for a few things.
Stretching out the shoulders Banded bench Banded deads Banded squats (not done these for a while now)
I probably don't use them enough. Great tool to have in the kit bag when you want to try something a little different.

Ones that I have found useful...
Good mornings with band from feet to around neck - hits the hips more and less low back than the barbell version
Band pullaparts Terminal knee extensions X-band monster walks Facepulls Behind the neck press/pull-apart Pull throughs Clamshells (works best with the minibands) Hip flexor leg extensions (work best with minibands)
Google for vids.
Then there's the usual band stuff for the powerlifts which I've never really tried
