Events Weights
1. Farmers
Farmers: You will be given 90 seconds to complete a 20m course. Multiple drops are allowed. You are not allowed to slide the farmers. Time will start upon the judges whistle and time will stop once both farmers have fully crossed the finish line. Fastest time to complete the course will win the event. If you do not complete the full 20m within 90 seconds the distance carried will be measured and scored against any other competitor who did not complete the whole course. You are allowed to use chalk on your hands but no tachy and no straps. In the event of rain straps may be allowed for this event.
Women <70kg: 40kg

2. Deadlift
Deadlift: You will be given 90 seconds to complete as many reps with your allotted weight. Any stance is allowed (conventional, sumo, etc). No bouncing of the weight is allowed. You must hold the weight at the top until the judge gives you a "good lift" signal. If you place the weight down without a "good lift" being given by the judge you will receive one warning. If it happens again you will not be scored with a rep for that lift. If you drop the weight from the top position you will not be given a "good lift". Straps, chalk, and suits are allowed. No figure 8's, hooks, or tachy.

3. Log
Log: You will be given 90 seconds to lift the log from the ground and press it over head as many times as possible. Once you have pressed the log overhead you must wait for the judge to give you a "good lift" before placing it back on the ground. You are not allowed to bounce the weight at the bottom. You cannot purposefully drop the log to the ground at any time. If you were given a "good lift" call and purposefully drop the log to the ground the lift will be removed. Dropping the log is extremely dangerous for all involved and damages the equipment. Accidental drops are understood and will always happen in this sport. Chalk is allowed but no tachy.

Tyre: You will be given 90 seconds to flip a tire 20m. The tire will start in the upright position. Once any part of the tire crosses the finish line your time will stop. If you do not complete the course in 90 seconds the distance flipped will be measured and scored accordingly. Chalk is allowed but no tachy.
5. Stone over yoke (for men), Stone to barrel (for women)
Stone over yoke: You will be given 90 seconds to lift a stone over the yoke parallel bar (set at 1.2m) as many times as possible. The women will be doing this to a standard size barrel (about 1m. Your hands will start on the parallel bar or on top of the barrel. Tachy is allowed and must be provided by the competitor.
