I'm not charging anyone for this, but I'm also not claiming to be as good as mike. Stick with mike, he is amazing.

I AM IN!!!
Should probably add. Sheiko wise, im running to the end of CMS bench only. I upped the 1rm by a whole 10kgs, and responded very well to it. (from what i can tell).
My first experience with sheiko was 31. I responded well to the volume and actually found the loading rather lacking - often upping the weight because i could. I disliked the 3 days a week, preferring 4+ days a week.
Before sheiko, i did a lot of linear progression (and made some progress) as well as a standard template of starting at 10reps for a week, increasing weight and decreasing reps, again made some progress.
Definitely in for this i can do 10 weeks leading into the May novice comp. Rhino power come at me.
*edit* Just realized i can only do 9 wks as i still want to finish the skills assessment of my current program

Awesome.
I was considering the Melb novice comp on 26 May too, but won't have 10 weeks to work into it unless I start Monday. I have 2 weeks left of current program (3 if I do a sport form or deload week). Thats ok though, happy to do whatever I'm told.

I am keen. Was thinking of running sheiko after nats anyway.

I'd love to have a look later in the year if your still keen for fresh blood then. I'm sticking to my grilling ham (haha I'm leaving that autocorrect) program all the way to June comp, no point doing half then if I'm where I think I'll be I wanted to run a sheiko hybrid to either equipped nats or whatever. Exciting times for any lifters involved, I know how much knowledge you have to offer.

Would love to join later in the year when I'm not too crippled and can be a proper victim.
