Anyone interested in running a custom program written by me? I have been putting my mind to a couple of templates that i will tweak to suit individuals. Ideally you will be up for at least 8 weeks worth but longer is even better. It's something like a jacked up sheiko template with some Rts twists. It's based on what I've learnt over the last 5 years of westside/sheiko/Rts.

That offer is like Gold to anyone willing to take this challenge on. I will watch with interest.

Is your plan scalable to different levels or appropriate only for a higher rated lifter?

Adam is recruit number 1. In terms of rating, it's suitable for anyone who is able to do a sheiko rated template like 37, but there will be plenty of scope for reducing or adding volume/loading, so it can made easier or harder. Ideally it will be customised for whoever does it.

I was going to do Sheiko 37 next anyway and currently do RTS using similar scheme (bench 3 times a week, squat at least twice a week, deadlift once a week). I'll do it.

nice I was contemplating running sheiko 37 again anyway - no belt or wraps. currently use wraps when squatting over 180 and a belt from 160+, but I want to get back to using as minimal gear as possible. Mainly so I don't have to carry so much stuff to the gym... (yes, lazy).

If you want to put together one for equipped bench I'd be keen to have a crack. I think I'm doing equipped nats... I think.

sweet, you better make me strong lol Aren't you working with Mike? I don't want to have people jumping ship. His credentials as a coach and lifter speaks for itself.

yeah i told him when i started it was just for the lead up to the Nats then added the next comp cause i really liked his training. You're right though I am enjoying it and getting results so should show some loyalty. scratch me for this one and i'll see where i'm at if you do another one later on

Just to redeem myself a little i should point out that i don't like paying money overseas when i could be supporting the local coaches and gyms. Mike is awesome but i do eventually want to invest any expenditures from myself back to our local coaches. I initially wanted to pay to be coached by yourself but you forwarded me on to mike so your offer was very alluring and i jumped at it. I appreciate your professionalism though and will stick with mike
