For those Sheikofiles amongst us, the forum will launch on June 5th to coincide with Boris's 65th birthday. I'll supply the address on the launch date.

Will this site still be going ?
I have been lurking here for a while and plan to log my training here after my meet next week instead of elsewere to get more specific feed back from fellow shiekoists.

Why would this site stop? This is a general strength forum, not a Sheiko forum It just happens to have lots Sheiko info on it. By all means put your log here. We need more people logging here and contributing to each other's training logs. There is a much better and more knowledgeable group of people here than where you currently log your training. I barely visit that other forum anymore.

Yeah this site will still be going. And there'll be even more sheiko discussion than ever I suspect.

Intermediate program is 37, then 31, then 32 with alterations compared to the old internet template floating around. I like the look of it. I think I would find it very manageable and less time consuming. Little less volume and less warmup sets, woohoo! There are quite a few less double squat/double bench days. Eg in 37 there are only 3 double squat days - always on a Monday, no Fridays, and only 3 double bench days. There's a bit more intensity to compensate. That's a much more manageable training load than the older template. The peaking cycle is also slightly different with skills test over 2 sessions and a more aggressive deload pushed to the end, rather than a gradual one.
