2013 is nearing an end, only a couple more comps left in the year.
What are everybody's comp/lifting goals for 2014?
Myself, I want to finally get 700 and an elite total at nationals.
Bench 200 raw.
Do another equipped bench comp and hopefully crack the record there.
Then balls to the wall for Oceanias in Melbourne and a 700+ total.

Squat: 250+ (83 Aus record, although webby will have it in the opens by then so will only be juniors) Bench: 165+ (83 junior Aus record) Deadlift: more than my squat. Don't care apart from that.

My humble goal is to total B grade at 93kg early next year so I can hopefully qualify for Nationals for the 1st time. I need 500, and my PB is 480 at 100kg, so it's definitely achievable.
The next goal for 2014 is a 3-plate bench, 4-plate squat and 5 plate deadlift (540 total).

My goal is to crack the 700 total then focus on my rehab so i can train uninterrupted leading up to nationals

Gain weight Fix my shoulder Triple bodyweight deadlift (2.5kg off at current bw)
Everything else is dependent on the first 2

Not be injured priorities 1, 2 & 3.
Do another comp priority 4. Total 600 priority 5.

2014 for me will be my return to the 120s. My target comp is the nationals/pacific invitational. I'm aiming for something like 330/220/320@ 120, but I will only need 315/215/315 for a PR on formula. It would be nice to go close to 900 @ 120 by mid-year.

Be a leaner & meaner 74kg, 12% BF on the DEXA scan.
Total Raw Elite 2 - 535kg
I'm very close to and would like to do these:
1.0xBW Press 1.5xBW Bench 2.0xBW Front Squat 2.5xBW Back Squat 3.0xBW Deadlift
I'm about 7.5~10kg off on each lift.

Not let work train wreck training. Run Sheiko for the year. Deadlift 240 and finally get a bodyweight OHP and at least a 1.5 bodyweight bench.

My goals are to hit 600 total weighing 10kg lighter than last year. Got a lot of catching up to do to catch webby )
