Some interesting stuff in here and great motivations quotes (Which Dr Squat is great at). This video was made during a time when training info for powerlifting would have been pretty few and far between. The C.A.T. style training and plyometrics integrated into a cycle is an interesting idea.
But I am posting it mainly for the lulz. My favourite bits are the powerlifters playing basketball and the pink fog at the end. Classic 80s production values.
