3 months behind me and today wast test day. Squattings went up 10kg, bench 7,5kg. Probably had more in the tank but both last lifts didn't feel "right" so I stopped there. For deads I followed Clint Smith's 10 week program he posted @ EFS over a year ago or something like that. But that went up 20kg, I pulled the whole cycle sumo and today conventional. Seemed to work alright. Now the question is should I base the next %'s on the conventional max or sumo max? Sumo is probably around 10-15kg less.
One thing I noticed during squats was that I was nervous with the last 3 lifts when it got above 100%. And benching just amplified this feeling. Lack of confidence or something like that and more than likely coming from not going even near 90+%. I guess this can be fixed with singles as long as the total number of reps for the day doesn't exceed?
Overall very happy with the results. Now that I know how this goes I can experiment and modify a bit more.

On heavy days I think its totally ok to push your working weight progressively heavier just don't do it every session and avoid hitting failure.

2nd cycle finished. This time no confidence issues. Squat went up 7,5kg, bench up 2,5kg. But the deadlift. 30kg down! Disappointment is an understatement. I noticed a few weeks ago that it's not looking good but still decided to run with it. Never thought it would be so screwed.
