Yeah I'm looking to pack on some back muscles.
Bit surprised about the abs having the least carryover. Maybe it's to do with the tested powerlifters being equipped ones?

on a similar note/topic.
when i asked aj roberts how i should be selecting assistance exercises for myself and other lifters his reply was along the lines of
"in all honesty the best way is to look at yourself naked in the mirror - if you see something that looks small find an exercise that makes it grow"
