It makes you PA friendly, it doesn't make PA (as an organisation, not the lifters) friendly to you. lol quoted for truth. Not sure if it will be church like with a dozen PTC supporters there.. mimimum.

We don't play music when the lifter is about to lift, so he/she can hear the ref's commands. That's in the rules. Probably why you don't hear any music in our lift videos.

Using my own video because it's the only one I know exists, not because I'm a narcissist (although I am): www.youtube.com/watch?v=-I5ry3ajR4QThey have to turn the music off from before the start call to after the rack call. Not sure if that's an Australian rule or an IPF rule.

Yer I realise its an actual rule.
Very nice lifting. That 225kg squat was excellent, if there was a fly on that bar you would have failed haha, brilliant.
