Congratulations to all competitors at Strength Quest 3 at Muscleworx Malaga. PTC had 6 lifters in the deadlift exhibition and 2 men competing in the full strongman event.
Verity Bignell deadlifted 105kg for a PB. Belinda Stirling deadlifted 140kg for an equal PB. Amy Hapgood daedlifted 145kg for a PB. Chris Agnello deadlifted 180kg for a PB. Brian Cook deadlifted 235kg for a PB. Darwin El-Guapo Suteerawanit deadlifted 265kg for a PB, which he currently holds the GPC open mens 75kg world record at 260.5kg.
Les Milhinch finished second in the 105+ mens and Nathan Baxter finished third in the 105+ mens.

You should probably clarify that Baxter did the strongman- otherwise he might get in trouble.

I read that as Baxter competed in the 105 mens first. Thought someone must have chopped his legs off for him to compete at that weight. Strongmen call that the open or heavyweight division Paulie.

It says strongman event. Both Les and Baxter lift PA.

It says strongman event. Both Les and Baxter lift PA. Yeah it's just not clear that they didn't do the deadlift exhibition. Just wanted it to be clear so no one complains.

oh, nah, the deadlifts were done at the same time as the strongman (with the strongman competitors).
Nathan and Les were in the full strongman meet, not the deadlift exhibition.

Some people love drama. Personally I prefer comedy- although horror is awesome.

Well lets be real, its borderline drama/comedy and at capo there was some horror with the stage background.

Yesterday I sent my PA membership application in.
Now we have 4 PA lifters registered as PTC Perth members.
Does that make us PA friendly ? lol

It makes you PA friendly, it doesn't make PA (as an organisation, not the lifters) friendly to you.
