I was using similar program for nationals, first cycle after 2years break. Benched 162.5kg, program is good, main is to calculate from the real max. Attachments:

Hey Joel, I'm fine. I pulled chest during warm ups, wasn't able to bp for 3 weeks, but I will do the comp anyway . This time I will try Wilks bp cycle 3x5 (but 3 times p/w)
