The first 4wks has the days listed as day1,2,3 then after wk 4 changes to day 1,3,5. are the first 4wks supposed to be done on consecutive days or just a typo? looks pretty intense.

i would have thought that if you were going to go down that avenue you would do it the opposite. Be more rested between days early on so you can push hard then do the three consecutive days later on so you have 4days rest leading up to the next program

I could touch and go 2x96% or 3x92% of my paused max or touch and go max, but I couldn't pause 2x96% or 3x92%. This confuses me with other percentage based programs like Sheiko also.

Askold says the work sets should be paused. I am assuming it's based off a paused comp lift.
