New to powerlifting and already love it almost as much as playing rugby league which is a big deal for me. Currently training my backside off in the hope of doing well in the light weights at PA Nats next moth

lol, i can not shave for weeks and not even have any stubble does this mean my deads won't ever improve?

Hey All! I'm Aaron! Started powerlifting at 26 hadn't played sport (unless partying is a sport?) since high school. Absolutely love powerlifting now! It's my addiction/escape etc. I juggle it with work and a wife and 2 kids. no special numbers but always learning and striving. Just left 3 years of sheiko to attempt brad gillingham a program. Glad we have a forum to share knowledge and talk shit again :-)

Starting powerlifting in '94, still going , had a beard a few years back but now I sport a short stuble beard, coincidence I'm struggling? Probably not.

Aaron- awesome to have you on board!!! I'm really interested on how you find Gillingham after all that sheiko. Thanks admin maybe I should make a thread lol. So far the sessions are less painful and the day after is much more painful lol. A complete change for me training wise.
